Bio

David is a Scottish born landscape artist who was raised in the Highlands of Scotland, having been inspired by his life outdoors and working closely with the wild nature of Scotland. David began painting from a very young age, mainly focusing on large wall murals for the bar, restaurant, and leisure industries. From leaving school, David pursued a career working closely with Scottish wildlife and nature, where he was inspired to paint the ever changing moods and atmospheres and the rugged coastlines of the west coast of Scotland.

David enjoys to paint mainly with three different mediums; oil, acrylic and watercolors. He is specializing in fine art, and mainly emphasizing landscapes and seascapes. He also enjoys to explore other subjects. David paints mainly from memory, using minimal references.
